  • Inaccuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

3. Use of Product Information & User Content

  • Data Submission: To provide the Service, Mandala requires access to your product descriptions, specifications, and business data ("Product Information").

  • License to Process: By submitting Product Information, you grant Mandala a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process this data solely for the purpose of generating SEO content for your account.

  • Ownership of Inputs: You retain all rights, title, and interest in the original Product Information you provide.

4. Intellectual Property Rights for Generated Content

  • Output Ownership: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of applicable fees, Mandala hereby assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in the specific articles and text generated by the Service for your use ("Output").

  • AI Nature of Content: You acknowledge that the Output is generated by artificial intelligence. Due to the nature of machine learning, similar outputs may be generated for other users if they provide similar prompts or keywords. Rights are granted only to the specific unique instance of Output generated for you.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Mandala to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or promotes hate speech.

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the Mandala AI models or scrape data from the platform.

  • Use the Service to generate "spam" or content intended to manipulate search engines in violation of their respective webmaster guidelines.

6. Disclaimers and No Guarantee of Results

  • SEO Performance: Mandala does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, increased web traffic, or revenue growth. SEO is subject to third-party algorithms (e.g., Google, Bing) which are outside of our control.

  • Accuracy of AI: AI-generated content may occasionally contain factual inaccuracies or "hallucinations." You are solely responsible for reviewing and fact-checking all Output before publication. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the generated content.

7. Fees and Payment

  • Subscriptions: Use of Mandala is subject to the fees associated with your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overarch and Mandala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or data.

  • Search engine penalties or "de-indexing" of your website.

  • Legal claims arising from the publication of AI-generated content.

  • Total Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Mandala in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Overarch, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your publication of any content generated by Mandala.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
